Objectives of CME Foundation of India

"CME FOUNDATION OF INDIA" is engaged in updating the skills and knowledge of practicing doctors and healthcare professionals by providing Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities in different formats.

The objective of the foundation is to serve the medical knowledge needs of practicing doctors and other related healthcare professionals in order to enhance the quality of healthcare service provided to patients in rural and urban area.

CMEFI has worked with many prominent senior faculty, Society and Associations in the medical fraternity to create CME activities thus leveraging the evidence based knowledge and skills of the thought leaders drawn from various medical specialties.

CMEFI works on a subscription model to facilitate CME for its participants. CMEFI sources sponsorship from Corporates to enable the subscribers to get a subsidized cost CME

Terms and Conditions

This academic activity is purely in line with the objective of the foundation.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible to attend the conference, participants must be: Medical professionals with appropriate licensure or qualifications.

Registration and Payment:

• Participants must register online and pay the full registration fee before the deadline.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline, except in extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency) with documented proof.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the conference.
• This includes refraining from disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any actions that could jeopardize the safety or well-being of others.
• Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in removal from the conference without refund.

Photography and Recording:

• Recording of presentations or sessions without prior permission from the organizers is strictly prohibited.
• Photography and videography are allowed for personal use only.
• Participants are required to obtain consent from individuals before photographing or recording them.

Intellectual Property:

• CMEFI holds the entire rights for all the conference content
• All materials presented at the conference are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Participants may not reproduce or distribute these materials without the express permission of the copyright holder.

Insurance and Liability:

• The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the conference.
• Participants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for such contingencies.

Data Privacy:

• The organizers will collect and use personal data provided by participants in accordance with the conference's privacy policy.
• Participants have the right to access and correct their personal data.

Amendments:

• The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participants are responsible for checking for updates regularly.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
